Stuffed Aloo Masala Chapati
Ingredients:

4 tbsp Oil
·
1 tbsp Cumin seeds
·
2 tbsp Ginger and garlic paste
·
3 Onion chopped
·
4 Green chilli
·
1 tbsp Garam masala powder
·
1 tbsp
coriander powder
·
1 tbsp red
chilli powder
·
½ turmeric powder
·
2 potatoes
(boil potatoes)
·
3 cup
wheat flour
·
Salt
and teats
Instructions
1. Firstly heat some oil in
a heavy bottom kadai. And next add the cumin seeds and wait till they crackle,
add the ginger garlic paste and stir fry till the raw smell goes away few
minutes.
2. Next add the onions and
green chilies in it stir fry them for a couple of minutes. After add garam
masala, coriander
powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and stir-fry again for a minute.
3. Finally, add the mashed
potatoes to it and mix well. Cook them for a few minutes and take out in a
bowl.
4. Prepare some dough balls
using wheat flour, salt, water, and oil.
Flatten
them using rolling pin or fingers. Stuff the cooked masala mixture and start
making thin chapatis.
5.
Cook these chapatis on both sides and serve hot.
