Gobi Manchurian recipe


Gobi Manchurian recipe:
















Ingredients


·         Cauliflower – 250 gm
·         Maida -2/3 cup
·         Ginger and garlic paste
·         Redchilli powder 2 tbsp
·         Cooking oil for frying
·         Capsicum chopped  ½ cup
·         Green chilli chopped 3
·         Garlic cloves chopped  5   
·         Rice flour 3 tbsp (  you many use 2 tbsp of corn flour also)
·         Onion chopped 2
·         Redchilli sauce 1 tbsp
·         Tomatosauce 2 tbsp
·         Greenchilli sauce 1 tbsp (optional)
·         White vinegar 1 tbsp
·         Soya sauce  2 tbsp
·         Salt to taste
·         Spring onion 1 tbsp

How to preparing Gobi Manchurian

1.      Firstly take cauliflower cut the in to small pieces put water and salt in it stir it. Boil it or microwave it for 3 to 4 minutes. You may wash it with normal water discard the water let it cool down.
2.      Next taken in a mixing bowl add all purpose flour 1/3 cup, add rice flour, red chilli powder, ginger and garlic paste 2 tbsp, add little water and mix it make thick batter mix well 2 minutes after add boiled cauliflower in to  the batter mix it well. Ready to fry.
3.      After turn on the flame and heat oil in a pan let the oil heat properly, put the marinated cauliflower into the hot oil,  fry it on high flame 3 to minutes, keep it aside  you may use paper kitchen towl to remove extra oil.
4.      Next ready to mix in sauce turn on the flame again and heat a pan keep the flame on high, add garlic chopped, onion and green chilli, Capsicum chopped, spring onion ,fry it for a minute on high flame, add 1 tbsp red chilli  sauce, 2 tbsp of tomato sauce , 1tbsp of vinegar, after add 2 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp green chilli optional), then little salt and mix it well your are observed gravy thickness after add fried Gobi and mix it well, cook it for a minute on high flame. Ready to it.
