Mutton biryani recipes:




Ingredients:


·         Mutton 1 kg
·         Cooking Oil ½ cup
·          Ginger and garlic paste ½ cup 
·         6 – Onion chopped
·         Tomato 3 chopped
·         Onion paste ½ cup
·         Cardamom 5
·         Cinnamon -1 small piece
·         Cloves -4
·         Turmeric powderor haldi ¼ tbsp
·         ½ tbsp Shahi jeera 
·         Garam masalapowder 2 to 3 tbsp
·         Kashmir chilli powder 2 to 3 tbsp
·         Biryani masalapowder
·         Salt to taste
·         Coriander leaves ½ cup
·         Curd -1 cup
·         Lemon juice 3 tbsp
·         Green chilies 4 slit
·         Seeraga Samba Rice ( Ur choosing rice) 4 cups
·         Water 7 cup

Instruction:


·     First  preparing marination for mutton biryani: 1 kg mutton cut to any size wash to transfer another bowl , add Kashmir red chilli powder 2tbsp , Turmeric powder or haldi ¼ tbsp, Garam masala powder 2 tbsp, curd 1 cup, Biryani masala powder 2tbsp, lemon juice 2 tbsp,  ¼ tbsp salt. All mix well.
·    After roast & Grind: cinnamon 5, cardamom 15, cloves 2, in a dry pan and toast it well. Cool it down and powder it fine. Set aside.
·    Then heat oil and cooking oil in pressure cooker or a wide pan. Add in cinnamon, cloves and cardamom ad let it sizzle. After in onions, and add onion paste, mix well cook that till golden brown.
·       Next add ginger garlic pastes, tomatoes chopped and green chillies, all mix well 2 minutes. After add the marinated meat and Mix well. Add also additional spice powder and mixed well.
·      Add in water and bring it to a boil. Cover and pressure cook for 5 to 6 whistles till mutton is done. Finally add in rice coriander leaves and mint leaves and mix well. Cook on high heat for 10 minutes, after finally add juice and mix well. Finally ready to it.
