Egg fried rice recipe


Egg fried rice recipe:



·         Cooking Oil ½ cup
·         ½ tbsp Shahijeera 
·         Ginger and garlicpaste 2 tbsp
·         Onion chopped
·         Green chilies 4 slit
·         Egg 3 (without boil)
·         Black paperpowder 1 tbsp
·         Kashmir chillipowder 2 tbsp
·         Salt to taste
·         Rice 1 cup
·         Coriander leaves 2 tbsp


Instruction:

Firstly heat cocunet oil in a heavy bottom kadai add jeera stir fry, Ginger and garlic paste ,after add onion chopped , fry golden brown , green chilli slit, add egg mix well , stir fry after  them 2 minutes. Then add black paper powder, chilli powder, salt to and mix well. Cook them for a few minutes, after finely add rice mix well and add coriander leaves finely cooked egg fried rice ready to it.
