French Fries Recipe:


 Ingredients

  • 2 lbs (1 kg) russet potatoes
  • Oil for frying (sun-pure oil is the best)
  • Salt to taste
  • Kashmir chilli powder
  • White paper powder
  • Tomato sass
  • How to making French Fries

    • First get some potatoes You will need 1-3 medium potatoes per person.
    • Wash, dry, and peel the potatoes of any dirt or grime.
    • Fill a dry pan with vegetable oil about 1/3 of the way full it is best to use either sun pure oil.
    • After set the stove on medium – high heat.
    • If your stove has number settings, set it to 8.
    • After you can make the slices as thick or thin as your want, sure they are all about the same thickness.
    • Then you can test the oil by putting a single fry in there. If it starts cooking immediately, and quickly, the oil is ready. Cook the potato slices in the oil until they are golden brown.
    • French fries cooled after add Kashmir chilli powder, salt, white paper powder. Finely ready to it.
