Spicy Mutton Curry Recipes:
Ingredients:

Cooking Oil ½ cup

Cinnamon -1 small
piece

Cloves -4
· Ginger and garlic paste ½ cup
·
2 Onion sliced
chopped
·
Green chilies
4/5 slit
·
½ cup Capsicum
chopped
·
Turmeric powder
or haldi ½ tbsp
·
Garam masala powder 3 tbsp
·
Coriander powder
/Dhanya powder 2 tbsp
·
Kashmir chilli powder 2 tbsp
·
Salt to taste
·
Coriander leaves
½ cup
·
Curd/ coconut
milk -1 cup
·
Lemon juice 3
tbsp
·
Mutton 500 ml (
boiled pressure cooker ur using 4 to 5
whistles)
Instructions:
1. Firstly, take cooking pot, into it oil and
heat it. Add cinnamon stick, cardamoms, cloves, black paper and stir well.
After add onion chopped, green chillies and sauté until onion turn soft.
2. After add ginger and garlic paste, capsicum
chopped and sauté to get rid of the raw smell. After add mutton (Boil mutton)
roast them well , add salt to taste , mix well and after add red chilli
powder, turmeric powder and mix the
whole mixture well.
3. Cover the lid and cook 2 minutes low flame
until oil appears at the corners. Next add water 1 glass, add curd, and mix
well few minutes. (do not over cooking)
4. Add garam masala powder roasted coriander
powder, black paper, lemon juice, all mix well and cooked 2 minutes, finely add
coriander leaves mix well cook it for 5 minutes on low flame until a thick a
gravy is observed.
5. Finely garnishes again add coriander leaves, mix
well serve with roti or rice, Chapati.
