Chilli Chicken Recipe


Ingredients:

  • 500 gm chopped chicken
  • 2 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste
  • 1/2 cup oil (ur choosing oil)
  • 2 teaspoon sliced green chilli
  • 3 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup tomato chopped
  • 1 cup capsicum
  • 2 teaspoon spring onion
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1/3 cup corn flour powdered
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • 1tbsp  Black paper powder
How to make chilli chicken

Firstly to make this easy chicken recipe, combine chicken, eggs, ginger garlic paste, paper powder and corn flour in a bowl. Mix all the ingredients properly. Then in the same bowl, pour enough water so that the chicken pieces are well coated with the butter. Then chicken fry till they turn golden brown.
After separate pan heat 1 or 2 tbsp oil in over moderate flame. Once the oil is sufficiently hot, add the onions and fry 2-3 minutes, ginger and garlic paste, then add the green chilies, spring onions,  tomato, capsicum chopped and mix well again 5 minutes. After a while, add soya sauce, chicken and salt. Mix all the ingredients well 2 minutes cooked. After transfer the dish to a bowl.
