Vegetable  Biryani









Ingredients: 

  • 3 cup rice ( your choosing rice)
  • 2 tbsp Ginger & garlic paste
  • 4 tbsp oil or ghee
  • 2 onion chopped
  • 2 tomato chopped
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon, cloves, cardamom
  • 2 tbsp coconut
  • 5-6 cashew nuts
  • 3 cup vegetables mix carrot, beans, capsicum, peas, cauliflower, potato. ( all chopped)
  • 2 tbsp garam masala powder
  • 2 tbsp chilli powder
  •  Mint leaves & coriander leaves (small cup)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon

 preparing veg biryani

  1. First Heat oil or ghee in a pan over medium heat Add the cloves, cardamom, and cinnamon to the pan. Sauté for a few seconds,
  2. Then add onions. Sauté until the onions turn transparent fry golden brown.
  3. After Add tomatoes and cashew nuts, mint leaves, coconuts coriander leaves, and green chilies to the fry 2
  4. Next add the ginger and garlic paste. Stir into the mixture in the pan.
  5. Add garam masala, chilli powder, carrots, beans , peas, capsicum, cauliflower, potato sauté for a few more minutes, stirring regularly
  6. After adding 6 cups water, and salt to taste , stir everything together then bring the mixing to a boil.
  7. Finley add pour rice in too the boiling water. Add the lemon juice . after cover the pot with a tight lid. Let the rice cook until done. ( cooking pressure cooker just 2 visuals only)  finely ready to veg biriyani
